Experience on 7/17/2026 Really haven't had a taste for McAlister's in a while. But, come to think about it not just the taste of the food I was not missing but the horrible food and service. Got lunch to go today. The order was taken by the manager and the food was prepared by him as well. The rotel was clumpy not sure what was going on with that and only in Monroe just a spoon full of chili. No worries ... No more reviews ... I will NEVER go back. It is a very nice place.
The food is good but the employees shouldn’t be trusted. I made an over 26 dollar purchase but showed a purchase for 13. Not sure if they’re stealing but I would be careful buying from this location. I called the store to inform management and was totally blown off. I will Never go back to this location.
