Went in earlier with some friends. The staff were very friendly and attentive despite how busy it was. The manager, I didn’t catch her name, was wonderful. I would go back just for her! The food was ok. It might’ve just been what I chose as they have limited vegetarian options, but I’ll try something different next time.
Best customer service ever
It’s a shame seeing how far McAlister’s Deli has fallen off. Our most recent visit will sadly be the last. Tiny portions, terrible quality.
Experience on 7/17/2026 Really haven't had a taste for McAlister's in a while. But, come to think about it not just the taste of the food I was not missing but the horrible food and service. Got lunch to go today. The order was taken by the manager and the food was prepared by him as well. The rotel was clumpy not sure what was going on with that and only in Monroe just a spoon full of chili. No worries ... No more reviews ... I will NEVER go back.
