Pick up orders are not up to par.
Absolutely FILTHY! We noticed a gray sludge covering our plates that could be scratched with a fingernail. When we asked for new plates, they took our plates back and GAVE US THE SAME ONES. Disgusting, absolutely unsafe to eat here. Such a shame because we love McAllisters.
Dirty grimy plates. When asked about it they said the plates were old. Did not remake the sandwiches that were served on these plates. Questionably food safety, also, do they not have any clean plates in the back? Pretty disappointed since McAlisters was a place I remember being decent. Won't be visiting this location again, and will be wary of going to a McAlisters now.
Got amazing service here on a slow Monday night!! Ordered 3- pick 2 items, got the southwestern salad and southwestern sandwiches and both were delicious. Appreciated the kind service from both the server and the chef. Thank you!
Arrived at 755pm on April 24, 2026. We were sitting and looking over the menu when a gentleman came to us and told us dine-in is not open. The business hours for this restaurant is posted till 9 pm. I thought the management should know just in case they need to change the posted hours till like 8pm.
