Food & service are great but it's always way too cold in there, your food is cold before your 2nd bite and it's miserable to eat while you're freezing
If you want to see service of a 5 star hotel, you should come here...best service ever and amazing food and atmosphere...god bless!!!!
I guess everyone was on their break at time. I walked in and went up to the counter. No one came to take my order, there were multiple servers sitting in booths, one man was behind the counter, but at the other end eating a bag of chips. And he continued eating a bag of chips even as I was at the counter. It sucks because I really love McAllister sandwiches but I won’t ever be coming back I get one 30 minute lunch break a day and cannot waste it waiting for someone to take my order
