UPDATE: Today was the last straw. It didn't take nearly as long to get our order as usual, but somehow my food was already cold. My mother ordered a 4-Cheese Griller and they showed up with something that looked like it was meant for a kid, but smaller. I asked if it was the normal size for that sandwich and the cashier told us it's usually bigger and asked to make a second one. We agreed and waited. And waited.
