Phillip Allen was amazing! We were having trouble with our app ordering the food and he went above and beyond to assist us and had a smile the whole time! Thank you for being patient with us and the food was amazing.
This once was the best McAllister restaurant in this region, now it is just so so for cleanliness and the quality of food. Starts at the top...regional managers and store managers can improve this once fine location. On the positive side, the tea, both sweet and unsweetened tea are the best in Texarkana.
Always good. Actually always great. Don't believe me go at 12 noon. The Reuben is outstanding.
