McAlister's is an iconic place to eat and make memories. The environment is so welcoming and peaceful, with indoor and outdoor seating options. The decorations make the setting feel old-timey while still displaying modern style. The lighting is impeccable with huge windows on one side of the restaurant and also the front. Just expensive
This store is filthy dirty. Drink dispenser and tea dispensers were disgusting and sticky. Tea was sour and tasted old. Floor, chairs and tables were nasty.
Great place to go. We ordered for a small gathering at our home. Staff is friendly and ensured our order was accurate.
I ordered a whole sandwich at 11 with no lettuce out of fears of contaminated lettuce. I didn’t want to take any chances. What do I find a ton of bits of on my sandwich?? Lettuce. I can’t eat this. Why would the sandwich not be made fresh to order? And I ordered a full sandwich. Does this look like a full sandwich worth almost $20? This location has been overwhelmingly disappointing lately. I’d say definitely eat somewhere else. This is unacceptable, and it doesn’t feel fresh or clean to me.
