Staft was friendly and the food was standard McAlister's.
As always, my visit to McAlister's was wonderful! The food was very good and the service was friendly and professional.
Horrible! My 1st time and my last. Spent 20 bucks on nothing, and was forgotten about in the drive through! They handed me some stuff had to go get the rest, and 12 minutes later I’m still sitting there🤷♂️ ordered ahead and got there when the app said. WTH is going on there? How do you forget about your paid customer sitting in the rain on lunch break in your drive through!? So disgusted in the low level of service and respect at customer service centered establishments . Do Better!
