What a great place! I stopped for lunch and they were swamped, but the entire staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming and accommodating. It was obvious that they not only cared for the customers, but they also cared for each other…stepping in to help however they could. What a great atmosphere to work in!
While it’s obvious that the management here isn’t good and there mat be an employee who doesn’t seem very capable to work in food service, I think including his picture — even taking a photo of him without his permission in the first place — and assuming other workers’ ethnicities is extremely unnecessary and disrespectful. This was the single handedly worst experience ever. The Hispanic woman on the phone was extremely rude and had an attitude. This is not the experience I have had in the past and will not be coming back after this experience. I refused to place an order after the way I was treated.
Stood there for 10 minutes watching an employee eating, store opened 30 minutes ago, nobody helped us
