This place used to be pretty good, but wow has it gone downhill. Sticky floors, no music, no one working the front. We had to yell to a worker in the back once we finally found someone. And that one worker was vaping in the back kitchen area. Gross. It’s the only McAllisters around but I’m disappointed it has gotten to this. Food is still about the same as I remember it, that is if you actually find someone to order for you.
Ordered food to go. When i got home it was terrible breas was burned. No bbq or tomatoes on the sandwich. Tasted horrible. This is my 2ed time of having issues. Then when i call the restaurant they dont even answer the phone.
Placed an online order at 1130 for pick up at 1230. Got there at 1220 and it’s now 1245 and we still don’t have our order.
Placed my order at 11:55 and did not get our food until 12:28. Ridiculous as it was only us and one other guy there. Only one lady working both front and back of house while the other two workers were clocked out due to "labor" and sitting in a booth. Whoever owns this one needs to get a get grip on hours and make sure you can afford to have two workers minimum. Dont order. Do yourself a favor, call the restauraunt and just see if anyone even answers. If not you'll just recieve a messed up order that is cold and an hour later than should be and you can't even get ahold of anyone because it just rings out- dont waste your money.
