Metal shavings in the meat
Sometimes you just want some comfort food! McAlister's Deli provides incredible salads, sandwiches and soups but my favorites are their baked potatoes. Road tripping through Nebraska when we found this restaurant and loved it so much we visited it twice and then looked up their other locations to see if there was one closer to us. If you go I recommend the pick two option with a salad and a baked potato! The lemonade was also very refreshing on such a hot, humid day!
McAllisters has one of my favorite sandwiches, the jalapeño crunch. I ordered this on my lunch break. When I brought it back to work it had no avocado or jalapeños chips (some of the main ingredients, part of what makes it so good). I contacted the store with disappointment and a picture in hopes of a replacement sandwich for the future (which I had mentioned). Brandi, the store manager only responded with an apology email.
