Could not get waited on. Two people at drive through, restaurant was empty inside. We went in, were not greeted, not told it will be a minute, nothing. After five minutes of employees just looking at us through a door (turns out it was the manager!!) we left. Called the manager today and she just argued with me that drive through had two cars and she would get there eventually. Never again! Can’t rate food, we went somewhere else. We have a loved one in the hospital and used to eat there frequently.
I've gone there three times it was different the second time I went after I ordered my food it took 45 minutes and it still wasn't ready, couldn't wait any longer was on my lunch break went again today trying to give them another chance people were coming in after me placing their order I'm still waiting. No more chances. Not only that in food services should you have a hairnet on?
The young lady in the drive thru today with the long braids has the worse attitude ever. I simply said please not too much ice please. She rolled her eyes and oooook. Then walked off and told the young man next ro her "You can give it to her" and walked away with that same stinky attitude. Last time for me at this McAllister
This location is TERRIBLE! Chronically out of items. LOOONG wait times and no customer service. This location should close or corporate needs to visit and fix the issues.
