An absolute failure of management. It took more than an hour for our food to be prepared. The restaurant appeared to have left three teenagers to run the entire operation without meaningful adult supervision or support. They spent much of the time joking with one another while orders piled up and a room full of increasingly frustrated patrons waited for food. Don’t do it. I am beginning to write this as we hit minute 35 of waiting for our food. As an Ohio girl, I was so excited to come to this location for the first time. We waited ten minutes in line to order, but that wasn’t enough to warn us and it really didn’t seem so bad. No warnings from employees were given to us about how long this would take. Hailey was so friendly and helpful being my first time there on a friend's recommendation. It was a Burger King before , but their own style now. Immaculately clean, easy parking, and a great selection of deli sandwiches. It was a delicious lunch at a nice place with friendly employees.
