Pros- 1) Hayley was wonderful giving t-mobile customers directions on how to use their apps with the McAlister app. 2) the guy working at the same time as Hayley (06/02/2026 @1100am) whose name I didn't get was really great too. Cons 1) i ordered sauces at the side and didn't get them 2) the sandwich had zero mayo on it even though it was supposed to come with mayo 2) the default bread for basic club is wheat even, though, the others the default is white. all the default breads should be white or leave it as a selection as i... read more
Very friendly and clean experience. Hayley was very helpful in taking our order and treated me and my family with great kindness. When we had troubles with our app, she directed us with patience and ensured that our order came quickly and was accurate. The McAlisters club is so very yummy. There is lits of gluten free options. Will be back again!
I wanted a solid good simple sandwich after a trip and gave McAlister's a try. It was so good!! Stopped by on a Sunday for our first visit coming in from camp and stopped by this weekend on a Saturday. I'm a fan!!! Club sandwich is just wholesome goodness and mac is great. Food was great both times, service was excellent a d lemonade is delicious. I might continue this once a week thing.
Good sandwiches and soup. For my son the soup was a bit hot when we first got it. Thank you to the great staff!
