Must have been the 10% tip I left at the McAlister's Deli in Wilmington NC on College. There's no other good way to explain why they messed up my order so bad. I have ordered the Memphian sandwich several times in other McAlister's Deli locations and it was always perfect. This time the sandwich was all smashed and misshapen, meat and cheese pouring out and the bread squashed. Also, they gave me a fruit cup instead of the 2 cookies I ordered. Very popular restaurant, near UNCW. Met a group for a meeting and ordered food afterwards. Excellent hospitality and service from the staff.
Love the sandwich offers and soups as well. Super good service and friendly staff.
