We ordered curbside pickup via the website. 2 King Club sandwiches and 2 Chicken and Dumplings. This was our first experience with McAlisters and we were hopeful that it would be good and satisfy our craving for sandwhiches and soup that day. I ordererd took my order 40 minutes it was two cooks and 4 cashiers within 15 minutes they asked me what my order was I’m like i literally order 15 minutes ago showed them my receipt also everyone was on they’re phone and gave me no apology whatsoever.
I usually get the pick 2 It's helps my taste for 2 things at once.
Employees were very pleasant, smiling and very helpful. My wife has to have gluten free and they have the bread needed.
