We were visiting from out of town, placed an order on the app to pick up, took it back to our hotel room.. and everything was perfect! It was all labeled, made correctly, and packaged for easy transport! Thank you!!
I had met my Aunt and our friend for lunch there yesterday and it definitely did not disappoint. Our food was amazing and the service was top notch thanks to a young man delijha. He was just so full of life and happiness that is contagious. He even took pictures for us. He definitely is what I consider would be a 5 star rockstar in the service industry. Keep up your amazing character young man. You will do big things in this world!
Update: Manager Chris reached out to apologize, although unable to refund because it was DoorDash, he offered several acceptable options for resolution. Kudos go to Chris and McAllister’s for great Customer Service. **** This is the first time I was disappointed in my delivered DoorDash order which arrived at 12:14.
