I love this Highwoods Blvd Mcalisters ! I’ve been here 4 times now. I love it . I recently had the opportunity to eat here with my son , it was my son’s first time , and he loved it too . All the food is delicious and fresh ! The older woman , Lori is a sweet heart . I’ve seen her on a couple of occasions and she delivers great service ! I will say , the younger ladies who work here could improve on their customer service … they will try to deliver your food to the wrong table. I’m a doordasher (delivery driver) so I can’t comment on the food, but I’m here to shout to the service. Thank you for always having delivery orders ready for pickup in central location, always on time, and greeting us with warmth. So many restaurants treat us like a nuisance when we are only speaking on behalf of your customers. Always top notch service at this location! Thank you.
Dined in for our food and it was good no complaints about that but we drive 45-50 to enjoy eating here because that’s the closest one to us. Food is expensive so when I order something to go, I expect it right. We ordered 3 carrot cakes to go and after getting home, we seen they packed 3 key lime pies instead. Tried it and We very much dislike this dessert.
