Always good and fresh!
I absolutely love McAlister’s so it actually breaks my heart to write this review. The last couple of times we’ve been in, not a single person greeted us. Instead we got, you wanna order or you already ordered from the little Spanish girl that works in the front. She always has an EarPod in so when you’re ordering she’s always saying, what? Can you repeat that? Take the EarPod out and you would be able to hear me. Then they haven’t had spuds. That’s literally all my husband goes there for. Just terrible I ordered online for pick up about 45 minutes ago and is still waiting on my food this is crazy and forget the spuds they never have none done and this always happens
Do not even waste your time. Placed a pickup order 15 minutes before I went on lunch break and was even a few minutes early for my pickup time. I waited 20+ minutes past the pickup time and still had no update or food. There were people in front of me that still did not receive their food & had been waiting much longer than I had been waiting. I eventually had to leave as I was running out of time before I had to be back at work. Like I said, do not waste your time.
