Obviously this location has went WAY DOWNHILL! Ordered $60 worth of food. Paid $10 for tip because it was to-go and really wanted to make sure the order was right. My order out of the 4 was a Grilled Chick King Club. That means it’s supposed to be double but definitely not what I got and it was definitely a poor excuse to even make the sandwich. I even had to cut it in quarters myself. Sloppy, not the full order and not even well toasted. Just screams lazy.

Placed an online order at 6:30 PM, and it was marked ready at 7:45 PM. When I picked it up, it was the wrong order. I went back in, and the staff laughed, joked, and pointed fingers instead of handling it professionally. While remaking my food, employees were playing around in the kitchen, which made me uncomfortable. I even requested a refund due to the delay and behavior, but the manager insisted I wait. Very unprofessional experience. This is the worst McAlister’s I’ve ever visited, and I won’t be returning.

Gave the number of stars to match the amount of shredded cheese on my spud. There were more green onions than individual pieces of shredded cheese. And bacon? Forget about it. Should have named it “bacon and cheese flavored” potato. The spuds here used to be amazing. This is a laugh. When I moved to this side of town a year ago I bought a spud max and it was the same issue. Today, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and it was the same skimpy spud. So it wasn’t a one time issue.
