The sandwich was good, but the price was crazy high. A 6 inch sub, 1/4 cup of mac n cheese, and a drink was just over 19 bucks. The sandwich artist slash cashier didn't say anything when I asked why it was so much. Blank deer in the headlight stare. I paid and left as soon as I got my order. This place absolutely does not qualify as a 20 dollar a plate restaurant. I'm not against paying for a nice lunch but this place is basically a whole foods version of subway. Meal for 2 was 39 dollars total.
My sandwich had better be gold plated for what I just paid. My husband I ate 2 sandwiches, he even got a 6 inch, and the cashier asked us what to drink, after asking for our side preferences. She made it seem like a drink was part of the combo. Nope! 3.79 for a root beer and 4.49 for a strawberry lemonade. We both gasped at the total but the drinks were already poured. My daughter got the french dip and said the meat didn’t have much flavor and the dipping sauce was just ok. The mac n cheese was regular mac n cheese she said. I got the half and half sandwich and salad. The salad dressing was weird not very good lime dressing. I should have got ranch. The sandwich was good but wasn’t much to it.
