I love McAlister’s so much. I could live off of their chicken salad. And the tea pass is so worth it.

I have this place a total 1 star because I have been here twice and both time they have messed up something or just did a half ass job at preparing my sandwich. First time ordered a ham and turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread toasted, NO Cheese!! These ppl prepared it with cheese and not toasted. Went to take back, of course closed. Second time which was yesterday. Same order, this time it didn’t have cheese, thank God. Instead, it was not toasted, bread began to be soggy, then the meat was not enough to say it’s a sandwich.
