When there last night my order was completely wrong they always leaving stuff out of my order and the manager is very childish.it’s mold all over the ceiling. And it stank on the inside. I guess nobody is cleaning up properly at this location. I willl not be back
It was a delight how clean, and friendly the employees were. The employees went above and beyond to make my experience great!!! REGAN was my host, go see her. Food was nice and fresh. I purchased a chicken bacon ranch potato, fabulous. Can't wait to try other options on the menu. Thank you McAllister in Beaumont tx!!!
Food was good. Service was quick. The music could have been less volume. Not everyone likes it so loud that conversations are difficult. To meet with friends and have to talk loudly is not a pleasant atmosphere.
I've always loved their carrot cake, but the last 2 I've ordered have been dry. Old and taste nasty.
Placed an online order for pickup. Arrived at 8:30. Was told they didn't have the pork for the Cuban. Why didn't they reach out to me in the 20 minutes since I placed my order? Decided to cancel the order. Wasted another 15 minutes while Ms. Chambers had to call someone to learn how to process a refund. She finally was able to process the refund my order, but could not print any proof because the printer was out of ink. Poorly trained employees. Poorly stocked kitchen. Don't waste your time.
