The website was down on 7/30/26 and so I called the Fort Smith location around 8:30 p.m. to place my order over the phone. The girl put me on hold for 5 minutes in the middle of my order to wait on customers that had walked up to the register. I had to hang up and call back. Then when she told me why she put me on hold, I said, "You put me on hold in the middle of my order to take someone else's order?"
