I will never understand how hard it is to add the salad dressing for a salad, sour cream for a baked potato and jalapeños with nachos, to an order. I even ask delivery driver's to check if they can, or ask. My comment to the driver says they NEVER add and ALWAYS forget to give those 3 things. And here it is, no dressing for a salad, no sour cream for a potato and no jalapeños for nachos.
My honey bbq pulled pork sandwich was a mess. I'd gotten this sandwich a couple of months ago in Jackson, and it was absolutely amazing. Tried it here and was so bland(not enough sauce), minimum pulled pork, minimum cheese, and I specifically requested "no pickle" but was given one "by my sandwich anyway.
Professional staff provided wonderful service, and the food was excellent.
I visited the Pearl location in hopes of enjoying a baked potato. I had just got over the flu, my appetite was finally back. What i received was an overcooked leatherback hockey puck. The front counter staff were nice but whomever working in the back. ... Update: spoke with management and the issue was resolved. I like companies that correct mistakes.
