One hour to make a sandwich and a wrap.... Definitely other issues with the order, but the first sentence alone says it all. Like other reviews state, staff seem to be in their own little world, in slow motion, it's an odd scene to witness to say the least. Im certainly done with McAllister's.
The food was good and plenty of it. It just took forever to get it they weren't that busy so I can only guess they didnt have enough staff. The girl that brought us our food really needs to find a different job she was rude and not very nice
Asked for no olives, no green onions. They put them on by accident. She told me she had them "remake" it, but they only took the stuff off cause they missed one. God forbid I was allergic. Just before a lady had a hair in her salad 🤦♀️ I hope they remade hers, correctly.

I love coming here! It is usually my go to meal after work if I need something quick! I usually put in an online order and when I arrive, the workers usually ask what the name is and I give it to them. Today, I did my usual routine of putting my online order and when I arrived, whoever was doing to go did not ask for a name and proceeded to call out my name. Nothing wrong with that.
