Bring your patience with you!! Several people working in the back giggling, waiting for the person on register to concentrate and take the orders correctly! One person was sweeping, cleaning the dining area. Another person was behind the door swinging a windex bottle; finally comes in when the kitchen says an order was ready washes their hands walks over to the order and takes out their cell phone!! We arrived at this establishment at 1:01PM today. We were told it would be a 45 minute which was very odd since the restraint was almost completely empty. Okay we said, we can wait. We waited an hour and ten minutes. When we asked about the status of our order they told us about 15 more minutes. Absolute insanity. No orders leaving the kitchen besides to go. We left without receiving our food. I have never written a complaint to any corporation but I am extremely upset.
