This Location needs training, I go to many locations in Louisville with no issues. We waited close to 15 mins for our food and then It came out wrong and cold sandwich wasn't made properly. Our sons order came out wrong and the replacement took longer than it should have. Love this restaurant chain but this location needs some work.
Food is always good but service can be a bit wacky depending the experience of the person taking orders.
it’s 2026 all I want is an actual full sized sandwhich. Fav sandwiches but tired of only being able to get a half sandwhich <\3 I ended up coming in anyways, whoever is working 8/4 made a delicious sandwich! The people working this afternoon were super nice. Worth it!
Went here for dinner. The employees and cashier were very nice and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and quiet enough to hold conversation. The food was delicious and fresh. Not many people when we went, so food was brought to table within minutes. Would come here again. They have a lot of delicious options on the menu.
