Literally can’t order food , the man working the register could not speak English or work the register , the place was dirty no clean booths , very disappointing
Tiniest $18 sandwich Ive ever seen, about 8 bites and its gone…I won’t make that mistake again…. McAlisters used to be good…. Inflation has utterly decimated the US…
Consistently out of standard items, i.e. lemonade, side pickles or carrot cake. Before and after inflation, their prices have been higher than most comparable restaurants and the value/quality has drastically decreased. Better off going to Arby's or Panera sadly.
Very slow, rude staff. Got a Rueben, wasn’t much thousand island dressing in it kind of dry. I asked for a side and they want to charge me .54 cent more instead of making the sandwich right the first time. Absolutely Crazy.
The food is okay, but the associates struggle during peak hours such as lunchtime. Having only two people prepare everything is tough, especially when DoorDash or Uber Eats keep showing up.
