Was and is great food. Wait can be a bit long.
Food was fresh and tasted great. We were greeted with smiles and Manager came by to check on us. Great experience. Will be back!
My family and I walked in at 8:20 PM and we were immediately told by one of the employees “ just so y’all know, we close in 40 minutes”. We were aware of the hours but the employee was rude and glared at us when we tried to order. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.
We really enjoy a choose 2 from McAlister's when we don't want to cook dinner! To avoid the crowds, go in the evening...must be a lunch crowd place, because dinner time is personalized service for sure! They have a good rewards program too, we have already earned a free entree. For the choose 2, we get a salad and 1/2 sandwich, plenty of options.
