Great Tea. There was a nice fellow, I believe his name was Don, who kept asking if "I wanted more tea, sir". I did not in fact want more tea, but I told him it wasn't him, it was me, but I might be open for tea in the future. This kept him coming back time after time, until I finally caved, and let him refill my tea. Let me just say, that was the best decision I have ever made, and to this day I am still enjoying the tea that he so kindly refilled for me.
Tried ordering online and on the app and their app and website is down. Tried calling the store about 5 times and keep getting hang up on. It’s 2 pm so there isn’t any reason why someone can’t answer the phone for me to place a order if everything online isn’t working
Outrageous wait in drive thru only to get watery broccoli soup 🤷♀️
Just went and bought lunch and thought I was going to get my cravings met. Instead I received terrible service at the window, poor quality food, and overall just wasted money, time, and wishful thinking. The guy that took my order at the window was quite unfriendly, rude, and needs to find work that does not deal with customer service. He actually needs to work on his people skills. The food was sadly disappointing 😏 thanks for nothing but disappointment McAlister's. 50003
