Tried ordering online and on the app and their app and website is down. Tried calling the store about 5 times and keep getting hang up on. It’s 2 pm so there isn’t any reason why someone can’t answer the phone for me to place a order if everything online isn’t working
Outrageous wait in drive thru only to get watery broccoli soup 🤷♀️
Just went and bought lunch and thought I was going to get my cravings met. Instead I received terrible service at the window, poor quality food, and overall just wasted money, time, and wishful thinking. The guy that took my order at the window was quite unfriendly, rude, and needs to find work that does not deal with customer service. He actually needs to work on his people skills. The food was sadly disappointing 😏 thanks for nothing but disappointment McAlister's. 50003
Very rude person took our order we are new to this place and our kids didn’t know what they wanted yet he was just rushing us to order like if there was a big line there was literally no one behind us no one but like 4 people siting down eating never again coming to this location
I went in Monday and the manager was amazing! The place was clean, and the food was amazing. Great location!
