I get my orders to go. Our MaCallisters, in Collierville, Tennessee, has to have some of the slowest and worst employees ever.
Super understaffed. 30 people in line and most tables are empty.
Unbelievably nice staff, super hot outside and they brought our dog out some water and our pickup order to the patio for us.
As soon as we walked in, there were trash from the walk way to the bottom of the counter. While waiting on my order, the left side of the restaurant had a sticky substance on the floor that I stepped in and tracked as I received my order and departed. The wife was so mad at the uncleanliness that she refused to order and waited for me outside. The manager was just standing behind the counter as if nothing was wrong with the cleanliness of his store.
