I love McAlister’s Deli! But I specifically ordered my sandwich without bacon and it was served with bacon anyway. This is more than just a simple mistake. Customers request ingredients to be removed for many reasons, including allergies, dietary restrictions, religious beliefs, or personal preferences. Failing to follow those instructions can have serious consequences for some people. Had a great meal as usual here. I love having the Angus Beef club sandwich which comes with horseradish on it. The service is quick and great. The staff will pick up used plates from your table. We had a very comfortable table that had booth seating along the wall on one side of the table and chairs on the other side. They have a spud meal that my husband goes for just about every time. McAlister's is a place we like to come to more often than not.
Great place for a reasonably affordable meal.
Came here for dinner on Friday, January 30, 2026. The food is pretty good and the staff is very nice and friendly. We had zero problems and there’s plenty of seating, we each found a sandwich that we loved. We would definitely recommend and return again. (Written 2-7-26)
