This was my very first visit to McAlister’s Deli in Alexandria, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was spotless, and it even smelled clean — something you don’t always experience in a busy deli. The staff was outstanding. If the kitchen staff would like to continue to trash talk their customers as they walk into the store, they should probably do it a little quieter and with the understanding that some white people may understand Spanish. French dip was expensive and not very impressive.

Kayla is so kind and pleasant. The customer service from her is always Top Tier. She truly is a great representation for the company. Her service is truly appreciated. My meal came out perfect, it was so delicious & right on time!! Thank you so much Kayla for your world class service! You Rock!!!
