We were out of town and gonna go to hododdy and changed our minds. We went here instead and Stephanie (or it was sofia😬) was so sweet. And there was a younger guy with a mustache. Everyone was nice and everything was clean. The one on richmond by oir house is trash compared

I love coming to McAlister's Deli. Aubrey is always so professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The food was great!

The food is pretty good but each time I have eaten here it has taken an absurd amount of time to receive my order. I understand long wait times if it’s busy, but it never is. Each time I’ve gone in its been pretty slow but they’re clearly short staffed. There’s only one person frantically attempting to handle the entire front of house, so I imagine with how long it takes for food to come out the back of house is also short staffed.
