I want to give a huge shout out to all the ladies working at McAlister's tonight they were amazing The first time actually eating myself here me and my daughter both love the food and the atmosphere and people are awesome definitely will be coming back
I've always passed by McAlister's Deli and had no clue what it actually was, especially because it looks too big to just be a deli. Lo and behold, I was craving a sandwich one day and looked up their menu. It had pretty solid options and reminded me of a Panera. Ever since Lebanon store opened, my husband and I had been regulars. We even called in orders to pick up. It used to be so good. What happened? I'm very disappointed lately. Our pick up orders were disheartening. Now we just go somewhere else. Fix the issues please. So I can come back.
The manager (I think she was the manager) let us know that we could grab a table immediately and order directly through the app and they would bring everything to our table. This was a real convenience as we had 9 of us, including our three young grandsons. I proceeded to order through the app. I'm tech savvy and have no problems using QR codes on tables and ordering through a mobile app (I did live through Covid in 2020).
