I order from here often and have never been disappointed. Food has always been made to order. The carrot cake is to die for. If you haven't tried them out, you definitely should.
Not really sure how these places are still in business. It’s shocking the decline this chain has had since being acquired by private equity.
Started an order online for easy pickup and at the checkout noticed they charge $1.00 for “fees” so we decided to just go through the drive through. They no longer have a drive through; you’re required to put your order in online and pay a fee to do so. I doubt corporate is giving that fee to the workers to do less work, so all in all, this was about the easiest way to lose my business forever. Embarrassingly horrible corporate decision
