Bought a Ruben sandwich $13.+ and an iced tea at $4 and they had the balls to charge me $2 for an ounce of extra Thousand Isle dressing because they never put enough on the sandwich. I’ve have eaten there many times. But they will never see my ass in one of their seats again.
Service has went down hill. My fiance has to call 3x because he was hung up on twice for a togo order. Even after that he still ordered and asked for the chipotle chicken spud. He was told there is no such thing and was advised he is probably talking about the chicken and ranch spud. He said yes that is the one and when ahead and placed the order. I was given bread on a takeout order that was burnt. Very dark.
