The food was great, but I paid for a cookie and didn’t see until I got home that the employee forgot to put it in my bag
The only issue I had was, the woman behind the counter was cleaning up during business hours. She was using a high duster. With that type of cleaning, you are knocking dust from the top down, in which dust can fall on someone's food, in the tea container if the lid was off. This is a safety hazard. Cross contamination comes into play. I'm just thankful I got my food ahead of schedule.
Awful experience I went to McAlister’s for takeout, and I wish I could say the food was good, but it was awful by the time I was finally able to eat it. I spent about 20 minutes trapped in the parking lot because a delivery driver parked directly behind my car, despite there being plenty of other space available. The driver saw me walk out and get into my car, yet continued unloading for roughly 20 minutes and ignored the fact that I was unable to leave.
