These kids here are struggling and having a hard time. They definitely need some trained supervision.
I placed an order for two sandwiches at 3:51 pm. It is currently 4:49 and I still have not gotten my food. I drove over 40 minutes to eat here. Never again
All of the tables were dirty. There was trash sitting on the tables outside. The girl at the register was in the restroom for at least 15 minutes so I wasn't able to get help. The workers in the kitchen were all standing around watching videos on their phone and laughing. I'm not sure what happened to this place.
Staff had no clue and had a nearly have the ingredients to make any kind of sandwich
This used to be my favorite day trip! And my favorite restraint. The past three times I came to Artesia JUST for McAlisters the service and wait time has been terrible. They are always out of everything or the soup and Mac and cheese are old and brown. Today we waited for an hour, and they only started my order because I went and asked why it was taking so long. This resteraunt has went downhill so so bad.
