Food is great. However it is IMPOSSIBLE to place catering orders by phone or online. Google phone number and website phone number are completely different and BOTH phone numbers listed are out of order. Catering orders are not able to be placed for this location online. This is the second time I have tried to place a corporate order of $200+ and have had to jump through hoops to order. The only way is to go into the restaurant. The food was good but overpriced - $34 for 2 sandwiches and a salad, no drinks. It’s like a fast food setup - go up to the counter, place your order, wait for your name to be called then go back up to the counter and get your food. Unlike a fast food set up, they try to shake you down for a tip - pay by credit card and it prompts you for 20%, 15%, 10% or “other”. You must pick one. I picked other, then zero, then get attitude when I pay and pick up the food. Stay away. There are lots of better options in Blacksburg.
Good food, great ice tea and friendly service. Lots of menu choices. I had the loaded baked potato, amazing!
