Paid over $60 and these are the nachos I get and they forgot multiple items in order. Unacceptable. Do not recommend this location
The honey BBQ sauce was more like honey mustard absolutely disgusting 🫣 total let down
Stopped in for a quick sandwich which turned out to be way too long. I'll cross this one off my list. We ate outside. Only received one set of plastic ware and had to go in the second time for salad dressing. Not a fan.
Service was slow. Staff didn't seem to notice the line, or care that it existed. Food is overpriced. Almost $40 for 2 people for just drinks and sandwiches. It succeeds in being a step up from Panera, but is it better? Still undecided.
I came here today and ordered the bbq nachoes got back to my hotel room next door there was no cheese on them and they were cold everything was the chips and the meat so I called them and they remade my order with cheese they had it ready when I got back there again, so I asked are they supposed to be served cold? The cook said yes and cashier said she would get the manager I spoke to Joe he told me yes the nachoes are supposed to be served cold.
