The environment and location are not great. The service was great. They did however need more than one person at their registers for the line going both directions at the uncomfortable entrance. The food was meh. It was unfortunately bland and only ok.

McAlisters, what have you done? Your new practice of self-serve drinks is a huge disappointment. First, you have to stand in line to place your order. Then you have to stand in a second line, with 20 other people, to wait for the ice machine… then to wait for the tea machine and the lids are literally scattered all over the restaurant. If your wish was to make refills more efficient, then an ice machine and drink container in the restaurant itself, not on the main counter, is a much better solution.
