If all McAlister's were like this one, I would never eat here. Two orders came out wrong and my potato was over-cooked. My reward was applied incorrectly and the bathrooms were not clean or stocked. All this despite it not being during rush hour...it was quite dead. Will not stop at this one again. One good thing...the sweet tea was as it should be, delicious.
The food is consistent with McAlisters but the wait times to order are long. I've been here three times and each time it has taken 15-20 minutes of waiting in line just to get to the counter. Even though there are other workers behind the counter, there's usually only one cashier. I spoke to the manager about this, but she didn't seem interested in resolving this issue. It took almost 30 minutes to place my order and get a sandwich to go. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend going here.
Food was delicious! Be advised they don't have trash cans so finish your drink in store or ask for a refill. Yes, they will come to your table and take your leftovers!
