My order has been wrong all four times I have placed a pickup order through the app. I’m not quite sure how it’s possible to never have an order bagged correctly. Sometimes it is met with attitude when I ask for the item missing. It usually is just missing items, but today it included missing items plus a sandwich made incorrectly.
I think the manager was about to fall over, he was doing his best but the wait time was awful. Others waiting with me were very upset demanding refunds and credits for the wait time.
Smells bad inside. All the counters especially the iced tea area are dirty and sticky. None of the tables were clean. Trash overflowing. Floors were especially dirty and covered with food and trash. Very disappointed.
The food and service are okay at best.
