Doors locked lights off chairs up at 11:50 am on July 25th. No answer to calls, no sign on door
Ordered $40 worth of food, and the fruit salad is sour. I called to report it and they acted as if they already knew by responding "Yep" to being told the fruit salad is sour. Didn't make any offer to replace or anything, not that I would have gone back. The 2 sandwiches were identical except for different cheeses and they were not marked, we had to guess which was swiss and which was provolone. The provolone was bad as well. Why??? Poor quality control at the least. I'll never be back.
Corporate stores do sometimes get it right! This store is a good example of that. Food Consistency and service has kept me coming back for years!!
