If you order food on the app to go, make sure you check it before you leave with it. I ordered two chicken salad salad’s, got all the way home which is almost 20 minutes away to realize It didn’t have any chicken salad on it .so I called them and all they could say is well can you come back and get the chicken salad Or are you not able to…. The restaurant was not very busy; when I walked up to give my order, the cashier just looked at me and said nothing. I expected a "welcome, what can I get for you today?...so after a pause of about 10 seconds, I placed my order and she then proceeded as normal to fulfil it and let me pay. That was a very odd. The potato loaded with BBQ pork was really big, but they skimped on the pork and cheese toppings. Bummer. The atmosphere was nice and quiet because it wasn't busy. That was the best part.
Their craveable sandwiches literally tasted like togetherness.
While I generally appreciate this McAlister's Deli in Apex.. I must express my frustration with their handling of Vanilla Visa gift cards. It's peculiar, as I've experienced this issue exclusively at this location. Typically, Vanilla Visa cards are straightforward for full balance payments or clearing remaining amounts. However, here, it's consistently a problem. For instance, yesterday, a $33 bill required me to swipe a Vanilla Visa with a remaining amount of $15 in $10 and then $5 increments.
