I was in your facility on Thursday, August 20 I got the chose two chicken salad sandwich and potato salad.bit into my chicken salad sandwich and there was a long hair so I proceeded to take it up to the counter and tshowed it to the manager. I always love coming to McAlisters, but my sandwich was a little smashed and very soggy! Not ideal for eating, but I did eat most of it because I DO NOT like to complain! 😂 Potato salad was delicious as always. I got a strawberry lemonade that was to die for!
I was not impressed by this location. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and cheese pizza with Mac & cheese. The sandwich barely had any chicken salad on it. The cheese pizza was kinda cold. The Mac and cheese was served in to go bowels and the portion was small compared to what I’m used to seeing at other locations. When asking to warm up the pizza, they said they only warmed it for 10 seconds to prevent it burning someone, but it was barely warmer than before.
