Went last night in wiggins ms. They got a bus full of students on top of the other customers and did excellent! They handled everything with a smile and got everything out quickly!
Everything I visit McAlister's, the food is tasty and the service is great. Have no complains.
Would be a perfectly fine place to eat if someone would pick up the phone. Called for a to-go lunch and was put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. Calling back multiple times just went to voicemail. I get that they want you to use the app, but if you're still accepting phone-in orders then the phone ringing has to be a priority. This has been my experience for years. Shows no sign of improving.
Good food, quick service, comfortable atmosphere. One of our favorites.
