Mcallisters has been amazing for well over 35 years for our family and business. From simple oil changes to engine replacements, The are a seven star not five. I feel like family when I am there and they are the most honest auto repair firm in Florida.

We have been taking our vehicles to McAlister's for over 30 years. Our trucks in most cases are in and out in the same day with an appropriate diagnosis. They are fair with pricing. We trust our vehicles with them.

Changed, Avoid! I don't do many reviews and rarely ever do a negative review, but I felt I needed to this time. I was having a misfire in my motor on my car and changed the plugs and still had the miss, so not having the required diagnostic equipment to find out what was causing it, I took it to McAlister's Auto Repair of Fort Myers. I was told it would cost $125.00 to diagnose the motor, so I left the car with them. I ask them to look at the front end parts as the car is getting old and has high miles on it, and to check fo... read more

Excellent Service! – Took my vehicle to McAllister's this morning. Didn't have an appointment. Was very pleased with their service. I was greeted very politely by office personnel and before any work was started, the mechanic explained the problem. I was in by 8:15 am and out by 9 am. I would definitely recommend McAllister's. They are knowledgeable, polite, and get right to the problem.

I wouldn't take my vehicle any place else. – I have been taking my vehicles to McAlister's for the past 26 years and wouldn't trust any place else. They are highly trained and have always done excellent work. My vehicles are always repaired completely - the first time. Depending on parts availability - I get my cars/trucks back the same day and never need an appointment. They explain the problem so that I understand. And they let me know what repairs or maintainence may be needed next and give me an estimate of the timeframe... read more
