I've been going to McAlister for over a year now, and it's truly been life changing. Nothing else has ever worked for me the way this program does. I’ve been coming to McAlister for about 3 months. I really enjoy the class structure, trainers and community. It’s a great mix of strength with the cardio we all need. The staff is friendly, the facility is CLEAN, and the trainers pay attention to form - while telling you to lift heavier in the nicest way. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a good workout with good people!
The McAlister trainers are so supportive and helpful! They constantly challenge me to step outside my comfort zone and improve every day. I love being a part of the McAlister fam!
These guys are truly AMAZING. I’ve never been a consistent gym lady and came with my husband on a free class. It’s the hardest I’ve worked out. Like ever. But… 4 months later and I’m seeing some serious shifts in my body. Now I can’t stop! Best part is the vibe. Super encouraging trainers and everyone I meet are wonderful, hardworking people. Love it!
