A life changing place. Incredible challenging workouts, incredible supportive trainers and staff. And now they've expanded into Youth Athletic Training! My son loved the program - rigorous, but fun and engaging! Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming for over a month, and McAlister has been fantastic. Every instructor has been excellent. Every class is top notch. It is clear how much intention and preparation goes into every class. And maybe most importantly, I enjoy showing up!
I’ve been going to McAlister for about a year now, and it’s been the best workout and training experience I’ve ever had! It challenges you but meets you where you are. I absolutely love this gym and would recommend it to anyone, no matter your fitness level or age. I also recently did a private group class with just friends, and Brady and Tyler did an amazing job personalizing the workout and creating a fun, supportive atmosphere! Again, so happy to have found this gym, it’s amazing!

Absolutely love this place. Started a few months ago and have come to realize this gym is built of truly the best people…from the owners, trainers, and the members who go. Regarding the workouts…you’ll love them. Functional fitness focus with modifications available. You’ll never dread going and will feel accomplished once finished. Thankful to have found McAlister. Game changer!
