The day we put my father on hospice was the day I took (with my parents permission) their trust to Karla McAlister. My parents had had their trust prepared by another attorney/CPA. We contacted Lloyd for estate planning purposes. He first left us sitting in his conference room for an unusual amount of time with barely a comment. He did not review previous documents prior to our meeting. He was completely unprepared. We tried to go over every detail and he said he would contact us the next day, and told us the entire project would be completed within 3 weeks.
