The conduct I experienced was, in my opinion, unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. Advocacy doesn’t require it.
The day we put my father on hospice was the day I took (with my parents permission) their trust to Karla McAlister. My parents had had their trust prepared by another attorney/CPA. My mother asked me to take her trust to Karla to have Karla look it over and make sure everything was in it. We attend church with the McAlister’s and they are trusted friends with my parents.
