Worked here for six months. It was an alright gig, but wouldn't recommend this company to those who relies as a steady lifelong position. Too much credentialing and qualifications for college graduate standards. Teens are extremely uncontrollable at times, and don't follow counselor's instructions.
Learned alot , great councilors, nice staff, and educational groups!!
I am a graduate/alumni of the program from five years ago!! I came back on my own accord to get some much needed help!! From the moment I met my counselor Lisa Arse, I knew this was not the same program as once before. I felt as if she thought she was the queen of AOD Counselors and I had better run at her beckon call or else! WAIT! Now I’m here because I want help NOT a “nudge from the judge”. Mcalister is an amazing place resources and offers a good out paitent program. Its all about doing the foot work and being ready to make that life changing effort to save your own life. Honesty, open mindedness and willingness are key! Thank you mcalister Institute for helping me obtain the tools i need to progress positively in my life!
